This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with bug spray, which was memorable. I highly recommend enjoying the picnic area.

Just came back from a lovely stay where we enjoyed the refreshing pool and cozy reading spots near it. The room was nice and beachy with a good supply of snacks and drinks, perfect for chilling out after a day at the beach, though I did wish they had a bit more in the kitchen. Overall, a fun getaway with great vibes, bring some extra kitchenware just in case! 😊

I recently spent 3 nights at Haven and found it to be an enjoyable experience. The charming décor added a unique touch, while the staff provided cute service. The pool felt neglected during my visit, which was a bit disappointing. A lovely stay!

This place has a stylish ambiance complemented by friendly service. The pool area offers a relaxing vibe with music, and the boutique on-site features unique items. However, the check-in process felt a bit off due to the payment requirements, and the rooms could use updates, particularly the flooring and towels. The nearby serene bay beach is a standout aspect, making it a great location for a weekend getaway.

You can’t beat the delicious bacon at local spots like The Dock and Swallow East—cooked to perfection! The market nearby made for easy picnics, and wow, the outdoor dining vibes were on point. Also, the staff were sweet and caring, especially one standout attendant who really made our stay!
Unfortunately, soundproofing needs serious improvement—every footstep upstairs stirred us from peaceful dreams! Lastly, dealing with an outdated TV and that coffee machine sans coffee? Not ideal.

The room was spacious and clean, which made it feel really comfortable. The decor had a nice beach vibe, and the beds were super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The kitchenette was handy, but it could've used a few more utensils. Also, the bathroom was nice, but the water pressure in the sink was a little too strong. Overall, a good place just needed a few more details worked out.

We had a great time with friends exploring the local Arts & Crafts Fairs. The picnic area was perfect for breakfast, and the fire pit was a nice touch for evening hangouts. The nearby grocery store made it easy to grab snacks and drinks for our adventures.
Our room didn't have a coffee maker or kitchen gear, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since we wanted to make breakfast.

Unexpected joys by the fire pit
Our group absolutely loved the cozy fire pit area, where we spent our evenings roasting s'mores and sharing stories. The atmosphere was vibrant and friendly, creating unforgettable memories.
However, we encountered some noise disturbances from upstairs guests that kept us awake at night. It disrupted our otherwise great experience and left us longing for better soundproofing.

It was a solid option for a weekend outing in Montauk with good value for the price. The pool area had great music, and they provided ice and a bucket for our drinks, which made it a fun hangout spot. Bring your own beach towels if you need nice ones.
